Wellbeing and Active Learning in Fifth Class

Look! – What We Have Achieved.

We have achieved so much in September and October in Fifth Class this year.

Our main focus was to reconnect with our friends and to develop our wellbeing. We practiced mindfulness and bucket filling.

In cookery, we made muffins and homemade blackberry and raspberry jam. Everyone, including the teachers took home delicious muffins and pots of jam.

Some of us also went to the pet shop in Tallaght to pick our goldfish.

There were lots of other activities such as movie making, gardening, arts and crafts, project work and Marathon Kids which keeps us all fit. It also keeps us out in nature.

Every day we continued to learn in all our different subjects.

Most importantly, we stayed safe, healthy and happy!
