Mindfulness with 6th Class

This year all of us in  6th class  are doing a Mindfulness course with the 6th class teachers. I was in the first group chosen to do this class. We do it in the Sensory Room every Monday afternoon. We sit on our Yoga mats and close our eyes. We listen to relaxing music and our teacher talks us through calming strategies that help us to feel very peaceful and chilled. Every Monday I look forward to our  mindfulness yoga.  Sometimes I do the yoga at night before I go to bed.
