Choir’s Performance for Mental Health Awareness Week

The school choir visited third and fifth class during Mental Health week. Firstly Caitlín, Jamie, Mark, Callum, Kori, Reese Ann and Nathan spoke to the classes about mental health. After that we sang “Don’t worry, Be happy”.
We have six solutions to help with your mental health.
1. Talk about your feelings.
2.Take a break if you need it.
3.Ask for help!
4. Accept who you are.
5.Eat well and keep active.
6. Do something you’re good at.
If you follow our advise, you will have a healthy body and mind.
